CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9-CM Data Files

CD-ROM data files include all official CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9-CM codes and descriptions for the current year. Each data file provides the codes in several common text file formats including: fixed length (.txt), comma delimited (.csv), field delimited (.prn), and Excel format (.xls).

Please Note: Medical claims and billing should be done with the 35-45 character short decription files. Long description files are for research and/or nomenclature software programs.
