Is my online order secure?

Order Status

How can I check my order status?
Shipment confirmations are emailed to you once your order is shipped. If you have not received a shipment confirmation within 4 business days of the date of your order, you can:

  1. Fill out our contact form, or send an email to customerservice@medicalcodingbooks.com.
  2. Call (866) 900-8300 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday to speak with a customer service representative.

  * Please have your order number available to expedite your request.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, during the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.

After an order is processed, most orders ship within 2 business days.  During busier times in the fall and winter, it can take up to 4 business days to ship some orders. If your order is subject to delay, you will be notified.

What happens if one of the products I ordered is out of stock?
If you have ordered an item that has run out of stock, you will be notified via email, or telephone.

What happens when I pre-order a product?
Once your order is received, it will go into a queue on a first come first serve basis. Once your item becomes available and ships, you will be notified by email. If the release date of your item changes, you will also be notified by email.

Do you offer desk copies of books for review?
We do not provide free copies of books.  You can always return the book that you are interested in reviewing if it does not meet your expectations.

What is a software multi-user license?
A license or serial number is required for each computer that the software will be installed on. For Example- 10 computers in your office would require a 10 user license.  We offer discounts on multi-user software purchases.

Do you have demos available for your software?
Yes. The demos can be downloaded on our website (DSL or better connection recommended). Currently we offer demos for Flash Code. To request a CD installer for one of these programs you can:
