Orders can be placed over the phone with one of our customer service representatives by calling (866) 900-8300 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday.
Purchase Order:
Companies and educational institutions can apply to place orders via purchase order by downloading and printing our Purchase Order Application. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view this form, and can be downloaded by clicking here. If you are an individual, please see instructions for placing an order via U.S. Mail or Fax below.
Instructions are included along with the application, and a copy of our order form. Fax the completed documents to (916) 788-0339. Upon approval, your order will be placed, and your company will be invoiced. Invoices can be paid by check or money order. Please make checks or money orders payable to Medicalcodingbooks.com.
U.S. Mail:

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, during the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.
After an order is processed, most orders ship within 2 business days. During busier times in the fall and winter, it can take up to 4 business days to ship some orders. If your order is subject to delay, you will be notified.
A product designated as a “Pre-Order” will not be shipped until the availability date listed on our website. Please check product availabilities.
If you have selected priority shipping for your order, most orders received by 10:00AM (PST) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All priority orders will be shipped with 24 hours (1 business day).
