Shipment confirmations are emailed to you once your order is shipped. If you have not received a shipment confirmation within 4 business days of your order date:

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, during the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday, weekends, or holidays will be processed the following business day.
After an order is processed, most orders ship within 2 business days. During busier times in the fall and winter, it can take up to 4 business days to ship some orders. If your order is subject to delay, you will be notified.
A product designated as a “Pre-Order” will not be shipped until the availability date listed on our website. Please check product availabilities.
If you have selected priority shipping for your order, most orders received by 9:00AM (PST) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All priority orders will be shipped with 24 hours (1 business day). Standard ground shipments take 7-10 business days.

In some cases, multiple item orders may have to be shipped separately.
Shipment of additional items on your order may have also been delayed due to product availability.
