  2. Return your product(s) to the return address provided by our customer service representative.
  3. Upon inspection of return product(s), we will issue a credit or send out replacement products based on your specific situation.

Books in sellable, un-marked and non-damaged condition will be accepted for a return. If an item comes back in unacceptable condition, no credit will be given to the customer.

Shipping and insurance of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Return requests made after 15 days of receiving that product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be received 15 days after receiving the RA#. A 10% restocking fee will apply if a return arrives 16 days after the RA# is provided to the customer.

The customer is responsible for return postage, unless an incorrect item was shipped, or damaged merchandise was received.

Products should be shipped with an insured, traceable carrier (UPS, USPS, RPS, Federal Express). This will protect the customer against any lost or damaged shipments.

Damaged merchandise will be replaced with no return or re-shipping charge. Notification of a damaged item must be within 15 days of the order being received.

If you are provided an RA# for your damaged item, please include it with your with your shipment. In most cases a return shipment label will be provided to you.
